A massive 50-foot breach has occurred on the Anandpur Ring Road at the exact same location that failed during the previous flood. Consequently, floodwaters have gushed into wards 5, 6, and 7 of the Anandpur Municipality, causing widespread panic. Residents are expressing anger over administrative negligence, recalling a tragic death that occurred at this spot during the last floods.
