Boat Capsize In Khagada River: Father-in-law & Daughter-in-law Missing In Kandhamal | Argus News In a tragic incident, a boat carrying 10 people capsized in the Khagada River near Daka village in Kandhamal district. According to reports, the victims were returning from a relative's house after attending a funeral ceremony when the boat lost balance and overturned.
