Lathikata Tehsildar Caught By Vigilance With ₹5 Lakh Cash; Raids At 3 Locations | Argus News In a major crackdown on corruption, Odisha Vigilance intercepted Murlidhar Urmal, the Tehsildar-cum-Sub Registrar of Lathikata, and seized ₹5 lakhs in unaccounted cash. The official was stopped at Rajabasa Chhak while traveling to Rourkela in a hired Scorpio.
