Man Drowns To De*th In Canal At Cuttack Tigiria While Rescuing Wife From Rain | Argus News ନାଳ ହେଲା କାଳ, ପାଣିରେ ବୁଡ଼ି ଚାଲିଗଲା ଜଣେ ନୀରିହ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିଙ୍କ ଜୀବନ। କଟକ ଜିଲ୍ଲା ତିଗିରିଆ ଥାନା ଅନ୍ତର୍ଗତ ଅଚଳକୋଟ ପଞ୍ଚାୟତରୁ ଆସିଛି ଏହିଭଳି ଏକ ହୃଦୟବିଦାରକ ଘଟଣା।ହରିଡ଼ା ପଶି ଗ୍ରାମର ୫୨ ବର୍ଷୀୟ ରମେଶ ପରିଡ଼ା ଗତକାଲି ଅପରାହ୍ନରେ ବର୍ଷା ସମୟରେ ବିଲରୁ ପତ୍ନୀଙ୍କୁ ଆଣିବାକୁ ଯାଇଥିଲେ। ସେଠାରେ ବାଲି ଚକ୍ରୀ ନାଳରେ ଧୁଆଧୋଇ ହେଉଥିବା ବେଳେ ହଠାତ୍ ଗୋଡ଼ ଖସିଯିବାରୁ ସେ ପାଣିର ସୁଅରେ ଭାସି ଯାଇଥିଲେ। ଗତକାଲି ରାତି ସାରା ଅଗ୍ନିଶମ ବାହିନୀ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ବ୍ୟାପକ ସର୍ଚ୍ଚ ଅପରେସନ କରାଯାଇଥିଲେ ମଧ୍ୟ ତାଙ୍କର କୌଣସି ସନ୍ଧାନ ମିଳିନଥିଲା। ତେବେ ଆଜି ସକାଳେ ନାଳ ମଧ୍ୟରୁ ରମେଶ ପରିଡ଼ାଙ୍କ ମୃତଦେହ ଉଦ୍ଧାର କରିଛି ଅଗ୍ନିଶମ ବାହିନୀ। A tragic incident has been reported from Achalakote Panchayat under Tigiria Police Station in Cuttack district. 52-year-old Ramesh Parida of Haridapashi village lost his life after being swept away by the strong currents of the Bali Chakri canal. The mishap occurred when Ramesh had gone to fetch his wife from the fields during heavy rain. Despite an extensive search operation by the Fire Services team since yesterday, his body was recovered only this morning. This heartbreaking event has left the local community in deep mourning.
